Rihanna gets £500,000 for 5 minute gig

Rihanna arrived at Westfield's Stratford to a warm welcome from her fans. She had been invited to turn to the Christmas lights at the shopping complex.

Thousands had waited hours to see their idol in the freezing cold but when RiRi eventually got on to the stage she performed for her new track Diamonds and hurried off the stage to her next gig in Kentish Town. 

When her fans heard that she had been paid £500,000 for her brief performance they were furious and hundreds took to twitter to vent their anger.
