West Yorkshire Police announced the arrest of a 41-year-old man in connection with an investigation into the Kings Science Academy in Bradford.
They have not named the man, but he is understood have set up the school in 2011.

Police were asked to look into Kings Science Academy after auditors from the Department for Education found the school had submitted fabricated invoices to claim thousands of pounds of public money amid claims of financial irregularities and nepotism.
