Freak Snowfall grinds Atlanta into a standstill

First it was New York and the rest of the west coast of America that got snow treatment. On Tuesday the bitter winter weather reached deep into the South bringing a rare snow, ice and chaos to the coast. Hundreds of flights were cancelled or delayed and snarling traffic triggered hundreds of accidents.
