8 Ways to lower your blood pressure without taking drugs

Known as the silent killer, high blood pressure is one of the most common diseases of black people. While most people may not even know they have it until something alarming happens, others take to drugs to control it. Here are ways to lower blood pressure
without medication– 
  • being in a happy marriage, 
  • eating plain unprocessed dark chocolate, 
  • having a pet, 
  • taking CoQ10 - the heart vitamin, 
  • drinking alcohol in moderation,
  • eats lots of vegetables, fruits and fibre,
  • and doing mind-body exercises, 
  • losing some weight if necessary...
Doing all these will definitely help improve the health of your heart. 
So without going into much medical jargon, it is quite simple really -  if you want to live long and well, start doing some of these today.
