AUSTRALIA - The Australian government is to introduce the world's "toughest cigarette
packaging laws", banning logos on the packets.
Australian Attorney-General Nicola Roxon declared a new era for
tobacco laws, saying: “The message to the rest of the world is big
tobacco can be taken on and beaten.The ground breaking High court ruling could be followed in many other countries around the world.
