Transfer: AC Milan buys Balotelli for £22m

International footballer Mario Barwuah Balotelli is leaving Manchester City for AC Milan. The deal which was concluded today sees the 22 year-old footballer travel to San Siro to finalise the switch. 

What I find shocking is the huge sum of money...who keeps it?
