- "A lot of businesses get going when times are tough," he says;
- "If you can come in and offer good value for money then you can attract people in a market like this who are very price conscious;
- If you're starting out you have to offer something that is different from your rivals;
- Going it alone is always fraught with risks but I would advise people to give it a go and if you fall on your face, just keep going until you succeed."

- Prepare - get ready what you will wear, your hair, your documents, your presentation, plan your journey;
- Research the business - what kind of organization is it, local, national, international, what are their business links, achievements, partners etc;
- Google the interviewers, find out about their experience, achievements and education their hobbies;
- Don't sent out your CV randomly. It has to be specific. Create a CV for each job you apply for.
- Keep your social media profiles in good order - employers will researh you as well - be sensitive about what you say about yourself and about your pictures and what your friends say or post about you.
- Keep calm and friendly.
