Why the Edo people love Governor Adams Oshiomhole so much

One good term deserves another: Oshiomhole of Edo State

Governor has come as exciting news to many resdents of Edo State. People have been reported to have had parties and danced on the streets all day. But why are the people of Edo State excited about Ashiomhole's re-election? Here is what I found:

• Oshiomhole has shown great compassion for the rights of the  people of Edo State and the people can see and feel what he has done so far.
• During his four year term as Governor of the state,  Oshiomhole has built good roads and drainages and given the state capital, Benin, an infrastructure revamp. 
• Oshiomhole has also invested in good health care and education fcilities in the state. The Governor is aware of the needs of the people and he has made life easier for everyone. 
• The towns and villiages have got constant water supply. What more do people want?
• Apart from providing for basic needs, Ashiomhole has throughout his tenure to engaged the support of stakeholders in the state thereby creating a forard looking partnership. 
• Ashiomhole is not a politician in the normal Nigerian sense, he is a focused and forthright governor who has earned the trust of his people. 
• Under his reign, the socio-economic and political development of the state has flourised.

If other state governors can adopt and improve on this style of government and set aside gorilla politics, then Nigeria will hopefully truly arise and occupy her rightful place in Africa, at the top!
