Mel B and husband Stephen Belafonte arrived at Perth Domestic Airport recently with two kids in tow. The family, which included newborn baby Madison, was there to attend the Perth Fashion Festival in Western Australia. Mel’s oldest daughter Phoenix didn’t attend but Angel, her 4-year old daughter with Eddie Murphy joined them.
But was the labour painful and hellish?
The former Spice Girl reckons that she was "laughing the whole time".
Speaking to Hello! magazine, Mel revealed that her husband, Stephen Belafonte, and one of her daughters were daring each other to peek at the baby's head the whole time, which lightened the mood.
She said: "I was laughing so much I didn't really push; five big chuckles and she was out."
The 36-year-old also admits she's over the moon that she's finally become a mum with a loyal husband by her side.

Her older children Phoenix and Angel are from her first marriage to dancer Jimmy Gulzar and her brief relationship with comedy actor Eddie Murphy respectively.
She said: "Ideally you want to have your loving partner who you've created this baby with by your side throughout everything, and in Angel and Phoenix's cases, that wasn't the setup.
"I had a rocky marriage with Phoenix's dad. The relationship with Angel's dad, Eddie, was over halfway through the pregnancy, and I had to suck it up and get on with it.
She added: "This time I've done it with my partner - someone to come to every prenatal appointment with me, to get excited by every scan - and it feels like I've finally done it right."
