Rachel Dolezal claims to be black after tanning herself

This is the face of the blue-eyed, blond woman who pretended to be a black woman to become he head of a large black organisation in America. Her name is  Rachel Dolezal and although she has now resigned form the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), she still says she identifies as black.

Rachel Dolezal quit as head of her local NAACP chapter after her parents said she was lying about her race. She later appeared on a recent TV NBC's "Today" show interview and she maintained that she still considers herself black.

This bizarre story only came out when her parents told the local TV station that she had misrepresented herself as fully or partially black. In reality, they said, their daughter's ancestry is German, Swedish, and Czech. Rachel Dolezal faked her identity for several years by making her hair fizzy and wearing make up to darken her skin.

Her parents also said that Dolezal applied to Howard university -  the historic college for black people, posing as black. She submitted an African art project and was admitted. But according to her parents, she sued the college in 2012 claiming that they had discriminated against her because she was white. Her parents believed the school was surprised when, after accepting her, they learned that she was white. In 2015, a court threw out the lawsuit and Dolezal was ordered to pay the university $2,700 to cover the costs of the lawsuit.

So, for years the NAACP did not care whether Rachel Dolezal was white, black or red...all they wanted was someone who could defend their cause. So, why is this news? This about deceit and making a fool of black people. But I'm not that bothered. I would only be bothered if this woman was an informant or a nutter - who could do something terrible to all the black people who surround her every day.
