the beauty of Nigeria will retell the story of the war which erupted in the 1960s just after Nigeria's independence.

The film is based on Nigerian writer and Orange prize winner Chiamada Adezie's novel Half a Yellow Moon. The screenplay of the book was written by Nigerian novelist and playwright, Biyi Bamidele. The film will be released in cinemas worldwide this summer.
