The Prime Minister, Theresa May has accepted the resignation of the Home Secretary, Amber Rudd over her handling of the Windrush scandal.
After a two week stand-off and calls to resign from the black community including MPs David Lammy and Diane Abott, Amber Rudd had to hand in her resignation.
A long standing friend and alley of Mrs Theresa May, this will come as a shock to the Prime Minister.
It was Theresa May who created the 'hostile policy' which Amber Rudd implimented in 2012.
