BRITAIN - Today, home secretary Theresa May announced a 'snooping' charter which will turn teachers and internet providers in Britain into snoopers. Every single IP address will be monitored and under surveillance. All sites visited and downloaded material will be stored and accessed by the police ay random. Furthermore, Ms May said this would help foil threats from terrorists groups like Boko Haram in Nigeria.
